OK, so this is mostly in New South Wales!!! But it starts inside the border!!! This route takes in some great scenery, traffic free roads, good coffee and lunch stops and a chance to stretch your bike's legs..  Some of the roads around Wayangala Dam are single lane, great condition, but are quite blind in some corners . *CAUTION* in this part please.
